My current PC specifications are as follows:
CPU: i7 12700KF
GPU: 4080
Motherboard: NZXT N5 Z690
RAM: TEAMGROUP Inc. TEAMGROUP-UD4-3200 DDR4 16x2 (32GB)
I am considering upgrading my RAM to improve FPS, as I believe it is the limiting factor in my system. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I prefer Amazon links for purchasing.

3200 is the suggested speed for that CPU when using DDR4. You could see some gains with DDR5, though it would require a different motherboard. Intel doesn't change as quickly for faster RAM compared to AMD/Ryzen. Switching to a quicker DDR4 might not really make a difference. You might want to tweak settings in the games you play for better frame rates.

I really question whether real-world gains would appear beyond a synthetic test. I think it’s unlikely to achieve meaningful results without substantial investment.
I’m confident another person will share a contrasting view.

Keep your funds safe.
You won’t notice any change while playing.
Avoid chasing unnecessary RAM speeds for games on AMD or Intel systems.
Think about the key question gamers ask when setting up a new gaming rig: does RAM speed really count?

What is the real problem? Is it just performance? A particular title? What resolution are you dealing with? Who claimed RAM was the cause? They seem completely out of touch, assuming others haven't already explained it clearly.

No particular issue. I run 1440p and Warzone I only get around 150 FPS. Feel my rig should do a hell of a lot better?

At first glance, it looks just right for a fairly recent Intel processor and a 4080.
