I’m considering purchasing this AMD Ryzen 5 5600G. It’s a 6-core processor with decent performance for gaming and multitasking. I’m curious about running it alongside an RTX 570, though I expect it might create bottlenecks. Since I plan to play games like Valorant, I want to ensure the system can handle the workload. The listing is on sale, so I’m weighing the cost against its potential value.

What processor are you using now? It shouldn’t slow things down. However, at $128 it’s not a good price, since the 5600 non-X model is available for just $7 more, and it performs much better without an integrated graphics unit.

It’s better to avoid a CPU bottleneck, not a GPU one. Don’t stress about it. You may need to upgrade your BIOS to run the new CPU. What motherboard are you using?
