I have a newly built gaming PC:
Windows 11 home
Gigabyte B650 AORUS PRO AX
XFX AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX
Ryzen 7 7800 X3D
2x2gb nvme drives
1300 watt evga power supply
I've been playing Baldurs Gate 3 and having dozens of crashes to desktop with DX11 or Vulcan errors depending on which version I am using. I've tried disabling smart memory, lowering settings, running the program as administrator to various degrees of success. Once the crash from the game resulted in a blue screen and yesterday it blue screened after crashing to desktop while I was browsing the web for solutions.
Here are some details from DMP files. They both seem to be audio related so I have a USB headset that I use for gaming and a USB DAC connected to desktop speakers. I don't see any conflicts in the device manager for these two devices. Wondering if anybody has any suggestions.

It's also puzzling why the system displays OSNAME:Windows 10 despite having Windows 11 Home installed. I've tested cinebench, memtest86 and ungine heaven for 15-20 minutes each, and none of the CPU/GPU temperatures or memory errors appeared.
