OK then.
All should be well.
Unless you have some other issue.

I created a complete image backup using Paragon prior to the corruption of my Windows 11.
I need to restore this image backup so my computer returns to its previous state.
Could you please guide me on how to proceed?

I've never tried it. Their site is incredibly annoying.

Free version - is the trial period ended? Or maybe the technician license?
Have you filed a support ticket?

Thanks, but I haven't received any response from Paragon yet.
It's a bit tricky navigating this situation—maybe try paddling or using a boat?
If anyone else is available, let me know!

It seems like you're questioning whether it's possible to retrieve or restore a specific application, such as your Mozilla Thunderbird emails, from a backup. The situation appears to be uncertain, and you're unsure if further steps are viable.

Navigate to Windows Disk Management
Select Action > Create VHD
Generate a VHD (virtual hard drive) sufficient for your backup
Launch Paragon and restore data to that VHD
Transfer any required information
Consider using EasyBCD to add the VHD to the boot menu, especially if the image covers the entire disk including the boot partition, which could enable direct booting into the VHD.

The way you describe your navigation suggests you're exploring directory structures rather than moving to a drive backup. It seems you're trying to restore a single folder instead of an entire drive. The part about viewing files and folders indicates you might be looking for guidance on restoring a full backup, not just individual items. You should aim to access the complete backup if you want to recover the whole drive. Also, the software's help feature can provide a PDF guide that you can review.
