I'm experiencing some glitchy lines in the Taskbar area of my monitor. Five photos and PC specs are attached. I've cleaned all components, changed the slots, booted into safe mode where the lines behave differently and appear in a distinct way. Sometimes the lines vanish and only remain in the bottom-right corner of the screen. It could be related to the cable, GPU, monitor, or possibly a faulty driver.

Corsair 650W 80+ Bronze SMPS is the model you're referring to, with 650W as the advertised power and 80+ Bronze indicating its efficiency. Could you tell me the model number and how long it's been in use?
Checking your BIOS settings for the motherboard.
If the problem seems linked to the cable, swap it out and test again.
Should the display be the issue, connect it to another monitor and see if the problem continues.
