I replaced my CPU from an AMD A10-7800 to a 5600X and everything works fine except the core count—it still lists 2 cores and 4 threads, even though it's a 6-core, 12-thread chip. I also upgraded my RAM and motherboard with it.

I don’t have a monitoring tool installed, but I can check the number of cores it displays. Let me know if you’d like me to do that.

It only displays the details of your CPU from a database. If Windows isn’t recognizing all your cores, they won’t be utilized. You likely need a new installation.
