I made a mistake with the TIM change timing. A heat sink bolt got stuck on the board, and while removing it I accidentally hit two resistors with pliers. Now I’m looking for the correct components, so a local expert with microscopes should help fix this. Thanks ahead!

The important takeaway is to avoid damaging delicate parts on the PCB by using pliers instead of trying to fix tightened bolts.
