Hello @TheLastPeebender ! Unfortunately, this is an early indicator that your hard drive is failing. If you haven't already, backup everything in that drive somewhere else and remove it from the system. There is really nothing that can be practically done to restore damaged sectors. If the drive is still under warranty, then submit for a replacement. If not, then buy a new drive. I apologize for being the bearer of bad news o(╥﹏╥)o, but there really is nothing that can be done. Hey! Your new hard drive is labeled as Surveillance HDD, but you're using it for gaming on a PC. That might not be ideal. Also, the store is far away from your mountain home, which could be inconvenient.

Surveillance HDD tends to be more dependable than standard ones. I don't have any idea about their performance, but it seems to be comparable.
