Hello, I'm trying to understand why my PC keeps shutting down under heavy load, especially during Roblox showcase games like Summer Forest. It happens when the power reaches 101W, and the issue seems to occur with a PSU rated at 380W. The technician who checked it yesterday even tried a 650W PSU, but the problem persists. Additionally, you mentioned it might be related to a used GPU. Could this be the cause?
Thermal problems usually stem from inadequate cooling. Replace the cooler on your CPU, ensure there’s no blockage in airflow for both CPU and GPU coolers, try the GPU on another stable system (perform a stress test!) and verify all connections are secure. The used GPU might be defective, so the stress test is necessary.
Alright thanks I will do that also About the connectors there is 2 ports in my gpu that are completely broken second and when I do a stress pc will shut down anyways thanks again
