Your graphics card power cable seems misconnected—you're using an extension to plug into the incorrect end of the flat cable.

The GPU power cable seems unusual. When you mention it won't power on, are you pressing the button on the case? Have you checked the connections properly? Did you attempt to detach the case button connector and then connect the power switch pins directly? Is the PSU switch currently active? When you turn the PSU on, do any indicators light up?

The PSU connectors are all properly seated, preventing them from loosening. All cables are firmly attached to the motherboard, but I believe verifying the case connections for the onboard power switch might be necessary. These cables are often small and can be easily mixed up. Refer to the manual since the text is very faint and most visible on the board itself.
