I know that pressing windows key and plus on 10 adds a full-screen zoom tool, but it doesn't let me pick just one spot on my screen to make text bigger for movies with subtitles at the bottom. I need to zoom in only where the words are small. Is there any good software to help me do this?

So after looking around a lot, what has gotten your attention? Check out that link at afb.org. Even if those links don't actually help much right now, I'm still going to hit them because it's okay not to know the answer yet.

There are so many pages that look bad, and it's hard to tell which ones are safe from viruses.
