Hello, I’m here to help with your PC issue. It seems your system boots into Windows but then freezes after a short time. The things that work—number pad, scroll, caps lock—still function normally. This happened in the safe, games, and even when idle. Once, you noticed the CPU fan stopped working, so you replaced it, but the problem continued. After that, your RAM slots were on the wrong positions (A2B2 vs recommended), and in BIOS it showed 16GB instead of what you expected. Now it’s showing 8GB, but still freezes after a few minutes. Your specs are listed above. Thanks for sharing the details; let’s figure this out together.

Check your BIOS settings and consider updating them. If everything is current, you might need to flash the BIOS onto the motherboard to refresh it.
