I tend to choose the more affordable options myself. However, many people prefer brands like Samsung or something called solidgm—it might be too early for me to spend that much yet. Still, if the reviews are positive, it’s okay. You could compare the prices of the V PCIe 4 drive with the PCIe 3 one. Even though your board would reduce it to PCIe 3 speeds, I assume you’d still have it when you build again.
Make sure to verify the cooler’s height against what your case can handle, since it’s quite large.

My situation is currently semi-open, which means it can work in either direction and will be quite big. I'm thinking about getting a more advanced case later. I might also switch to a PCIe 4.0 slot if they support it. Thanks for all your assistance!
