Hey there, I've got a GTX 1050ti with an i7-7700 and 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz RAM. I’m experiencing some frame drops during gaming or streaming. I’m thinking about switching to a Nvidia Super graphics card so I can use NVENC instead of x264, which seems to work better with that setup. I also want to boost my gaming experience for the long term and don’t think a GTX 1650 Super would last much longer. I’m trying to decide between the upgrade path and need advice without spending $800 on an RTX 2080.

For 1080p at 60 frames per second, the 1660 Super is ideal to reach that level of performance.

Your CPU performs well for 1080p, but adding more RAM would be beneficial. You’ve used a 1080 or RTX 2060 Super.
