It functions properly because when you look at 2666 Mhz RAM versus 5000 Mhz, the difference is minimal. They both perform excellently and make a great choice. Additionally, they support RGB lighting, which will illuminate your PC when it's running—this is the sole purpose of RGB. I’m not sure how to adjust the color transitions; you might need to search on Google or consult someone else. By default, I assume RGB is enabled.
