I hope you can assist me with my setup: Intel Xeon W3570, 3.20 Ghz processor, AMD graphics card, 12 GB RAM in 64-bit, but my games still lag. I can play Assassin's Creed 3 at around 60fps, though Minecraft feels extremely slow—FPS drops to 10-40 and it's too choppy for editing. I was wondering if you could help improve the performance.
