the specifications include an ASUS Prime B450 Plus with white standard 650w PSU, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 500GB SSD, AMD Ryzen 5 1600, cooler master TX3, and Nvidia GTX 1650 GDDR6. the system ran smoothly for several months until a Windows update caused an issue resolved with a CMD scan. now it struggles to connect the display at startup, though it sometimes works. during gameplay, especially in FiveM, the PC freezes, audio cuts out with a strange tearing noise, and it shuts down by power. someone might know why this happens only when gaming and not when idle, and whether it needs repair or just a quick fix.

I thought I purchased a refurbished computer? The first thing that caught my attention was the questionable power supply unit. I’ve never come across this brand before—check it out on Google.

Check if your PC works without a graphics card to identify the issue. If it does, the problem likely involves your graphics card. Otherwise, format your PC.

I tested MSI Afterburner and checked my stats. My powerW is jumping to 6100w, which could explain the sudden crashes. It seems like it might be related.
