Hello. You have two accounts: one is local and the other is an admin account. I don’t have full permissions to run the application, which is why it keeps asking for administrative privileges on the local account. On the other hand, you can access files using the admin account without any issues. For safety reasons, we recommend keeping the local account for daily tasks and using the admin account only when necessary. Regarding permission settings, you should ensure the local account has the right access rights.

The antivirus asks for admin privileges because it needs access to system files and virus removal tools. You can grant local account admin rights by adjusting permissions in the settings or using a trusted administrator account. Right-clicking the local account and selecting "Run as administrator" should resolve the issue.

Access the account with existing admin privileges, navigate to the user manager control panel, select accounts management, and adjust the non-admin account to grant admin access. Specific instructions vary based on the Windows version in use.
