I'm facing an issue with a game called Tera. Earlier this year I encountered the same problem. I tried using a shortcut on the desktop of the launcher—right-click, properties, shortcut, target or start—but it seemed to point to start instead of launching. I added something like "run" or "windows" at the end of the game name in the settings, but it still opened in CMD. The game is 33GB and I don’t want to download it again now. Can someone help me understand what I was doing?

The Tera application includes a /debug option. You can add it to the shortcut or open it via Win+R to run the debugging command, which generates logs in several locations.

Window at the end of the target. Actually, I fixed it. It didn’t work before because I had the wrong location on the executable file. Thanks anyway.

doesn't /window (-window) merely activate the game in a windowed setting? It doesn't provide meaningful debug information when troubleshooting. EDIT... okay... it seems there is some debug capability in the launcher's windowed mode. Fascinating. Nice!
