I own
R7 5700x
32gb RAM DDR4 3200 MHZ (8x4)
Asrock B450 PRO4 Board
SilverStone AIO PF240
RX6700XT OC
512gb NVMe
2TB HDD
8 Case Fans

According to the PSU Calculator I need 448w.
Should I choose
Antec ATOM G650 650 Watt 80 Plus Gold (fully modular) - 4325 INR
or
Deepcool PM650D 80 Plus Gold SMPS (non-modular) - 5249 INR?

My PC tends to restart frequently while using COOLER MASTER MWE Gold 550W.
I have recently upgraded my system:
CPU upgraded from R5 3600 to R7 5700x
GPU changed from 1660 Super to RX6700 XT
RAM remains at 16GB (8x2) or expanded to 32GB (8x4)
All sticks are the same.

What is the brand and model of your current PSU?
What is the brand and model of the RAM?
Have you tested using two RAM sticks?
Is the motherboard BIOS fully updated?

Streaming and gaming run smoothly on my PC, but browsing causes it to restart. RAM check on Win Memtes86 confirmed everything is fine.
SSD, HDD, RAM, CPU, GPU all passed stress tests.
BIOS updated to the latest version.
