You're dealing with a persistent issue where key stats like healrate, magickarate, staminarate, and combathealthregenmult keep shifting unexpectedly. It sounds like the game is altering these values each time you launch it. You mentioned wanting to adjust them permanently, possibly by editing skyrim.ini or another configuration file. Let me know if you'd like guidance on how to make those changes safely.

Instead of tweaking the console, simply boost the challenge in the settings.

I think you're looking for ways to adjust the value of "setav." Player.modav can change it, but it resets each time the game starts. Forceav doesn't always work reliably in Skyrim—it can be inconsistent. With modav, you need to tweak the number by adding or subtracting, not just setting it to a fixed value. For example, if X is 10, you could do X -5 to get 5, then add 10.5 to reach 15.5. I hope this helps and try it out.

Hey, I process around 150 health points every second. Even at maximum settings, I stay alive. I only survive if I end up crashing. I attempted it early this morning and still appreciate your support.

Oh yeah I used modav quite a bit but forceav 'forces it' to the value you input. For example, your healrate is at 44.5 and you want it at .7. With modav you'd need to type in 'player.modav healrate -43.8' but with 'player.forceav healrate 0.7' it replaces the old value with the new one. Problem is, as with modav, the value still goes up by like 30 units each time I launch my save. Weird issues, right? I've also been having my heavy armor skill level at 163 while I just lengendaryed the skill( reset it back to 15) which is quite odd. guess it's a problem with the mod I use for the perk overhaul since when I check active effects I don't see shite similar to the effects In have. thanks anyway, I guess I'll be stuck typing all the values each time I play!

I can provide only three options. 1. Restart the game. 2. Learn how to launch commands automatically when starting. 3. Attempt this method, using the commands you must employ. While not perfect, it minimizes typing requirements significantly.

Thanks! I think a macro would be useful for this. I'll look into it later.
