3 Floors layout with staircases on each half floor and rooftop access. Each half floor covers roughly 2000 sq ft with concrete walls. Cat5e connections are installed through the ceiling of each half floor. Considering PoE AP options, the Netgear Orbi worked in a similar two-floor home with concrete walls but didn’t perform as expected. The Ubiquiti UniFi option looks promising, though I’m unfamiliar with it. Is this a reputable brand? Are there other reliable alternatives worth exploring?

I use UniFi for my home and I’d suggest it. Before switching, I faced WiFi problems at my place until I installed a UniFi Pro AP—it covers the entire house. Since my home is only two stories with no concrete, one unit should suffice. I’m not sure which other brands to explore, but I’ve had a positive experience with Ubiquiti products.
