I've faced recurring system reboots while launching games or bench tools. The voltage reading was consistently low as shown in the attached photo. Earlier this week it briefly returned to normal. Over the past year, these restarts have happened multiple times—sometimes daily for several days. It seems it might be time to upgrade the power supply unit.

Should the PSU be the root issue, I intend to return it for repair (RMA). However, if I were purchasing a new one and keeping the RMA as a spare or backup, could you suggest a suitable PSU for this setup?

I'm seeking up to five recommendations from various brands, available in the USA. Prices are shown below.

Verify the power supply with the PSUs tool:
Corsair Link
Have you connected all ATX/EPS connectors?
Are there any adapters between the PSU and other devices?
Inspect the front panel, disconnect the USB front panel and check the 5V output.
Update the BIOS of the motherboard.

I haven't managed to locate the connection on the motherboard for the Corsair Link data cable. I checked when I first installed it and didn't find it, then rechecked without success.
All EPS connectors are connected as required by the motherboard.
I'm not using any PSU adapters.
With the 5V now functioning (currently at 4.905V), I haven't removed the front panel.
I updated the BIOS yesterday, and the voltage appears stable now.
It seems like I might not need to spend any more money.
