No, the router does not monitor your browser history. Once you clear your browser history, it disappears and no longer affects your router's monitoring.

Browser records and router data are entirely separate. Removing your local browser history only affects your device, leaving no influence on the router or any higher-level tracking systems. The router may keep logs temporarily or until a threshold is hit, after which it discards older entries. Typically, routers monitor connection attempts and security events rather than user navigation paths. It's not impossible, but consumer devices often lack sufficient storage to retain detailed IP-based logs over extended periods.
