While starting my PC, an unusual pinkish-white illumination appeared after a short delay. The red VGA indicator on the motherboard remained lit briefly before shutting off, while the white light stayed active during operation. This happened despite a fresh build, and I’ve tried replacing and reconnecting all power connections without resolving the issue. I’m unsure what this signifies and have attached a video for reference.

It uses onboard RGB, appearing red in the promotional shots for that module.

It's an onboard RGB that is quite a standard on GIGABYTE AORUS Motherboard If it bothers you, you may disable or customize it at GIGABYTE CONTROL CENTER (GCC) at RGB Fusion section Here is an example of mine (B650 AORUS ELITE AX) I also add highlight to indicate location of the RGB onboard light that you mentions P.S. Never thought met someone with exact same motherboard as mine here, congrats on your purchase and build

It seems there might be a mix-up. The B650 Mobo typically runs on a Ryzen 5000 series processor, not the 5600. Could you confirm the exact model you're using?
