Hello everyone, I’m experiencing an unusual problem with my controller. It seems like a disruptive signal is being received, as though there’s some sort of interference at play. I'm connecting the controller to my computer wirelessly via Bluetooth, and I’ve noticed that stability degrades significantly depending on my position. Specifically, when I sit normally in my chair or rest my hands on my desk while utilizing the controller, games frequently stutter and I sometimes completely lose connection. However, when I rotate my chair, turning it so that it’s at a right angle to the screen, the controller functions perfectly. This behavior is puzzling to me, as I don’t anticipate a simple rotation causing signal disruption. I've attempted relocating my computer from the floor to a desk, but this has not resolved the issue. My setup is relatively straightforward – I'm utilizing a wireless keyboard, a wired mouse, a standard LED monitor, a USB hub, and a direct Ethernet connection. Could anyone suggest potential solutions? My neck would greatly appreciate some assistance. I'm happy to furnish additional specifics about my configuration should it be required.

Given that you utilize various wireless devices, it may be beneficial to identify the manufacturer and model of your Bluetooth adapter. Furthermore, experimenting with isolating the USB-powered adapter to the system’s front panel and positioning your wireless keyboard either nearby or away from the device could potentially improve your connection stability.

Given that you frequently utilize various wireless devices, it may be beneficial to identify the specifications of your Bluetooth adapter—specifically, its manufacturer and model number. Furthermore, experimenting with USB isolation could prove advantageous: try connecting the Bluetooth adapter directly to the computer’s front panel and positioning the wireless keyboard either closer or farther from the system to observe if this alters your operational experience.

I intended to compile a comprehensive list, however, removing the USB-C dongle proved fruitless. Subsequently, repositioning the keyboard on the floor resolved the problem entirely. A noticeable improvement resulted. My desk is quite compact, and attempting to rest my hands and controller on its surface frequently triggered significant stuttering near the screen. It appears there’s a definite source of disruption originating from the keyboard itself. After careful investigation, I've identified the cause(s). Your assistance was greatly appreciated. However, I’m curious whether this particular situation is typically encountered – previously, utilizing a Bluetooth mouse with this keyboard presented no difficulties whatsoever.
