My computer consistently freezes or terminates unexpectedly whenever I launch any of my games, including Rainbow Six Siege, PUBG, Unturned, CS:GO, Garry’s Mod, and a few others. Occasionally, I can complete an entire Rainbow Six Siege match before it fails. PUBG is prone to crashing at startup or during the initial stages of a game. This issue seems prevalent across all the titles I play; however, they generally perform adequately until they crash.

I initially suspected driver issues, but that hasn’t resolved the problem, and I've been searching for a fix for several months. As someone relatively inexperienced with computers, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Here are my system specifications:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1700x Eight-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
Memory: 16 GB
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
DirectX Version: DirectX 12

You should monitor your cpu and gpu temperature to see if over-heating is the issue, at least that is a good starting point. Use the link to download hwmonitor, very handy piece of software to look at temps, voltages, fans, etc.
