My NVIDIA settings indicate a display refresh rate of 144Hz, however, when I play games—regardless of whether they are running in full-screen or windowed mode—the maximum refresh rate available is capped at 120Hz. I’m aware that expressing concern about a small discrepancy in refresh rates might seem minor, but it's causing me frustration. Here are my system specifications: MSI GTX 1070 with 8GB of VRAM, an AMD Ryzen 2600 processor, 16GB of RAM, and an Acer KG251QF monitor with a 144Hz refresh rate.
