My take on your OC i7-5820k
Original was : 3,3 GHz with temperatures idle = 25-30 Celsia, load = +-50 Celsia. I OC to 4GHz with 1,1V temperatures are idle = 30-35 Celsia, load = 60-65 Celsia. Is that ok? What you think? And i have two questions. 1/ What about CPU ratio mode? Fixed or Dynamic? Is good when CPU will be always on 4GHz? Or dynamic freq. but that will changing every time i dont know what i need using for better experience and life of my CPU. 2/ What about turbo mode when CPU is OCed? Off? On? Why? I favor dynamic settings, but with those temperatures you'd be just fine using a fixed ratio. Turbo wouldn't significantly boost these speeds; I'd skip it for more stable temperatures. For everyday overclocking, I usually stick to a 75c guideline, though anything below 80c works just as well.

I enjoy the 4Ghz voltage though I dislike the heat. What's your cooler setup? The CPU seems capable of reaching 4.4Ghz easily with strong cooling.

You can easily go up to 4.2 GHz with 1.1 voltage. I did it with mine, and it was completely stable. Are you overclocking for gaming? If so, what GPU do you have?

You can easily go up to 4.2 GHz with 1.1 voltage. I did it with mine, and it was completely stable. Are you overclocking for the purpose of gaming? If so, what is your GPU?
4,2GHz with 1,1? I dont know if will be stable but it be more hotter (more temp) and im now in full load in +-65 i dont want to go more. GPU GTX1070. And i OC because i streaming and rendering videos.
I checked 4,2GHz at 1,1V and it works stably within -70°C. It's unclear whether I stay here or switch back to 4GHz with lower voltage. For testing 4,3GHz at 1,1V, my PC fails to boot into BIOS. I need to press the CMOS reset button on my motherboard to reset the BIOS settings.
I would keep the 4.2Ghz setting. In reality, using that lower voltage would mean needing improved cooling, aiming for 4.5Ghz instead.
