Experiencing minor mouse delays and occasional frame drops. This isn't related to the mouse itself, since previous models and drivers worked fine. CPU: i7 8700 GPU: Rx 560 RAM: 16 GB DDR4 The issue appears when using the mouse while working or browsing the internet. The cursor pauses briefly and sometimes jumps a few frames. Fast mouse movements make it more obvious. After recently installing a graphics driver, the PC performed well until I reinstalled Windows. Using DDU to remove AMD Adrenalin helped but didn't resolve the problem. Cleaning Windows 10 didn't fix it, and updating to Windows 11 23H2 still didn't help. Booting in safe mode didn't stop the issue, though it's absent in games like Valorant. Disabling startup apps didn't solve anything. I ran OCCT to scan for errors, but none were found. The problem seems linked to rendering processes—specifically r-pcmasterrace.mp4.
