My RGB EZI keyboard is having problems.
When I purchased the PC and powered it on, I experienced difficulties typing. Pressing a key would produce a sound and type the same character repeatedly, requiring several seconds before it worked properly. The issue disappeared once I pressed the button to turn off the keyboard light (Scroll Lock). Could you suggest a solution for this problem? Thank you.
Was das Tastatur mit Software geliefert und hast du sie installiert? Manchmal muss man den Treiber oder die Konfigurationssoftware von der Website des Herstellers herunterladen.
