It seems the A320 chipset board isn't suited for handling the 2700X turbo boost because of poor power phasing and VRM design. The voltage standards are also too lenient, which could significantly shorten its lifespan if a CPU of that power were used.

It appears this system has a safety feature on the A320. The board isn't built to handle that processor speed or voltage increase. Pushing it that hard would likely damage the VRM.
