My question about the video doesn't capture when I use Nvidia nvenc HEVC as an encoder
I was looking for options to improve video quality while recording with obs, so I checked various sources and found that Nvidia HEVC performs better than NVENC H.264. However, when I tried using Nvidia Nvenc and recording, it only captured audio, not video. My drivers are updated, and I can record well with Nvenc H.264 but not as smoothly as with HEVC. There seems to be a possibility to use HEVC, though. My graphics card is an RTX 3070.
I resolved the issue by applying an encoding pack that includes h.265.
search for k lite codec pack on google and visit downloads, then download the basic bundle. it includes h.265 and additional video codecs.
