I understand but I noticed several people using my exact GPU and worse CPU, yet they achieved 80 fps while I'm at 30-40 fps. This isn't limited to cyberpunk but also applies to modern warfare scenarios.

GPU: MSi Gaming rtx 2070
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Rams are pretty
But the Hyper x 2x4GB at 2400mhz isn't the main issue
Monitor: 1920x1080 at 60hz
I play Cyberpunk 2077 on a HDD and it's fine with the loads
Game is on priority and I'm using extreme power mode

ryzen prefers fast ram, and 2x4 gb is fine. for a budget option, i suggest getting a klavr bolt xr or team dark z alpha 4000mhz, these should boost performance. keep the clock speed at 1:1 as it’s a ryzen 5000 series cpu with a solid motherboard. also update your drivers. since it’s a newly released game, optimizations will come soon.

I own all the latest drivers and recently upgraded the CPU. I don’t have funds for new RAM, so I could wait but thank you.
