That said, the app store isn't inherently an issue. I think it will expand quickly once Windows 10 becomes available for PC and mobile devices, allowing more universal applications.

I was discussing the app store on August 8th, 2011. They mentioned updates that seemed targeted mainly at Win 10 users—though it’s interesting that some features were shared more broadly.
