I've noticed the worst Smurfs and clueless players on D2. Any other map would be better. The only positive part is that it's simple Elo if Dust 2 gets wiped out on another board.

It remains one of the most popular maps, and you’ll need to tackle it eventually. I usually play all active duty maps except Cobblestone (I dislike it). To date, I’ve achieved 143 wins and DMG. I’ve played with smurfs, but never with a cheater—or a very obvious one. I don’t like smurfs, though they can help you improve slightly. I really enjoy the game, maybe because I rarely encounter Russians, trolls, or cheaters.
You're stuck in GN3 with a lot of drama—smurfs, angry Russians, toxic players, and no one helping. It's tough getting out of Gold Nova when your friends are stuck with LEM or MG.
I'm GNM after a few weeks of playing, but the environment is pretty harsh. Most teams I face have players who dominate with around 30 kills and carry the group.
Cobblestone is what makes life worth living! (Honestly, one of my top maps). I’m not sure if I’m lucky or unlucky. I’ve played games with people using strat roulette trying to mess things up (Troll), the usual annoying hacker who just keeps spraying through walls where they shouldn’t be and completely unaware of their presence, and Spinbotters... Good to be in the US and avoid dealing with Russians, though that felt like a racist comment.
At the Gn3, I've noticed a significant increase in trolls compared to before I arrived.
