monitor experiences a loss of signal from the pc, and the ez debug cpu led flashes red. after the crash, i have to switch off the power switch on the psu to shut down the pc.
i've faced this problem for over a year, mainly with games that demand high performance (warzone, rdr2, etc.). it began when my pc froze unexpectedly while playing cod warzone. after turning it off and on, the issue kept happening. i don't recall overclocking any parts at that time. currently, both my cpu and gpu are running at 45c under heavy load (using an r5 3400g apu; gpu and cpu temps match, but low due to cpu being underclocked to 1.2v with the fan running at full speed). every test for cpu, gpu, ram (except memtest86) passed without any crashes. i even replaced the psu, but now my pc crashes in under 15 minutes in cod mwii (random), though it doesn't crash during normal gameplay.
it's worth mentioning that one of my rams seems faulty.
i had two hyper x rams, but one failed after a warranty replacement; it was older than the other by three months and was swapped for a tforce unit. now my pc motherboard's ez debug led sometimes lights up continuously after a crash, while the mb rgb led turns white and the pc fails to boot. i often have to remove and reinsert the ram multiple times so it works again.
however, there is a possibility this is related to a faulty ram or motherboard issue.
sorry for my unclear english.
my setup:
cpu: ryzen 5 3400g no oc
gpu: amd rx vega 11 integrated
ram: hyperx fury 8gb 3200mhz 16cl, tforce dark z 8gb 3200mhz 16cl
motherboard: msi b450 tomahawk max ii
storage: westren digital 640 gb 7200 rpm x2
power supply: coolermaster elite 600 230v - v4

memtest using the previous RAM because the other one failed, and these old RAMs were purchased as a kit.

this is a continuation to my previous
post
now i used both rams ALONE and the pc still crashed with both
now i can confirm it's not a ram issue. but i don't know the reason of this issue
my issue is : once i put underload on ram it will randomly cause pc to crash with no signal to the monitor and ez debug cpu led will light up red and i can't turn the pc off unless i use the PSU power switch to turn it off then on again.
i didn't overclock at all. and my cpu isn't overheated ( 32c idle , 50c underload ) neither the gpu cause it's intergrated :"
i changed my psu and the issue still persists
done every stability test for my gpu and cpu and all turned out well
is it a motherboard issue ?
i can only ship the broken part in my pc to the manufacturer (warranty) once so i need to ship the right part
my rig :
CPU : Ryzen 5 3400g (apu)
GPU : RX Vega 11 Intergrated
RAM : HyperX Fury 8gb 3200mhz 16cl , Tforce DarkZ 8gb 3200mhz 16cl
HDD : Western Digital 640 gb 7200rpm. X 2
PSU : coolermaster elite 600 230v - V4
