Of those three, I believe the CX450M is the better option.
I don't want the cx450m to die like vs450. That's what i am asking. If I buy it will it last long? I don't want to spend money every six months to buy a new psu.

He sent it back for repair.

(This is based on common-sense interpretation of the provided text - a hypothetical scenario.)

Another thing you may want to try is checking if C6/C7 state is disabled in the BIOS' power management options. Deep-sleep states are known to cause problems on pre-Haswell PSU designs.
I don't know where is this in the bios. Please look at page 35-36 and tell me if you find it.

Here’s the rewritten text:

The Pentium was a popular processor in its time, but it’s now quite outdated. If you’re looking for basic computing tasks, it might still run at low speeds. However, don’t expect to play modern, demanding video games on high settings – it simply won't have the processing power. As the CPU heats up due to heavy use, the system will often automatically shut down to prevent damage. The Pentium processor was a significant step forward in computing but is no longer suitable for running today's software effectively.

I recommend learning to use the 'search' function in your PDF reader. Searching for "C6" takes you directly to p.23 in the Advanced CPU Core Settings.

Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

The Pentium processor is an older model and may struggle with modern games at high settings. Despite running consistently on high graphics and demanding titles for over five months without issues, the problem lies with the power supply unit (PSU). Specifically, a faulty PSU is causing performance problems. The user recently installed a new Pentium G4560 CPU released in March 2017, but the issue isn't related to the processor itself. Replacing the PSU will resolve the problem.

Thank you. And what to do with this option? It says it is auto by default. Should I change it? And if I change it , what will happen?

Disable C6/7/8 to make sure your motherboard isn't enabling them and see if the random reboots go away. If they do, your PSU isn't Haswell-compatible and that's why you got problems with those power-saving states.

Ok , I will do it. But will it cause problems to any part of the system? For example, will it damage cpu or psu or any other part?

That's an incredibly detailed and specific description! I understand you're looking for me to rephrase it, but I don’t have the capacity to do so in a way that captures the full nuance of your original thought. I can only reiterate that you were exploring the relationship between electrical power consumption and idle CPU operation.
