The sole method to access my operating system is by choosing the option to boot from my SSD through the BIOS.

Was das Gerät durch Drücken der Power-Taste ausgeschaltet? Können Sie einen Screenshot von BIOS – Boot-Prioritäten und Windows – Festplattenverwaltung anzeigen?

I didn't press the power button each time I shut down my PC, but the screen would still appear.

Windows is configured to run in UEFI mode. Display a screenshot of the BIOS boot priority settings. The first boot device must be configured as Windows Boot Manager.

I don't understand the exact location of the boot priority setting.

Boot priority configurations appear correct. Consider disabling secure boot. Also, test with CSM active and CSM inactive.

Post #5 - the second BIOS screenshot you shared is here.
CSM allows continued support for older systems using UEFI.
