i built this midrange pc during the holidays when I had all the components ready. i was facing problems because the fps was only half of what it should be in most games. it didn’t perform like my friends or benchmark results showed. i took it to a repair shop, and they found issues and replaced faulty parts with new ones. now i’m completely confused about why it’s so bad even after checking everything possible. please help me.

What parts were swapped?
Attempt to run DDU in Safe Mode to clear all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia), then manually install the latest driver from AMD’s support site via an elevated command—Right click installer > Run as Administrator.

I've heard some folks facing problems with multi-monitor configurations that have varying Hz. I'd consider testing with just one monitor first to eliminate any issues there.
Perhaps beforehand, verify that you're actually running the games at 165 or 240Hz.
Also, sometimes Windows doesn't receive the update and might revert to 60Hz, so go to Windows and enable dynamic refresh rate.
