My PC is experiencing a random reboot.
Hi. I hope you can assist me. I have a PC from my friend and I wanted to upgrade it. I recently purchased a new GPU, the RX 580 2048SP. For a few weeks I haven't faced any issues, but lately I've noticed random restarts whether I'm playing or just letting the PC idle. I looked in the Event Viewer and saw Error Code 41. I think it might be related to my PSU, but when the GPU is unplugged I don't see this problem. I tried fixing it by reattaching components one by one, and everything worked as long as the GPU wasn't installed. Please find my PC specifications below so you can better understand what might be causing this issue.
CPU: i5-2500
Motherboard: Gigabyte H61M-DS2
Memory: Kingston 2x8GB 1333Mhz DDR3
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 2048SP
PSU: Seasonic S12II 550watts 80+ Bronze

What is its age? Try undervolting and reducing the power limit on the GPU.
Update as of today:
After removing my GPU, I also face the reboot problem. I attempted testing with 1x8gb RAM, but the issue persists. It seems my PSU might be the cause unless both RAMs are defective. I can't proceed further without new RAM to test. Or is there another method to check? My PSU is around 2-3 months old. Also, I haven't used UV on my recent GPUs yet.
