I discovered a setting in Windows 10 that lets background apps operate, and alarms or clocks are enabled for the background. I plan to turn it off and see how it behaves overnight. I'll make the changes.

Updated: The issue persists; clock synchronization with hardware continues to trigger PC wake-ups.

Confirmed, this problem stems from TeamViewer. Even after removal, it sometimes stays active in the background and sets wake timers independently, triggering the computer every half hour. My fix was using an older TW version (before 10.x) and manually terminating the process only when needed. Clock sync doesn’t actually wake your PC—it just occurs after you’ve been awakened!
