Begin by resetting CMOS and start anew.
However, increasing the FSB frequency can be very dangerous.

I've already attempted that when I checked if my CPU was fine, but I realized it was detected during boot when using BIOS. Then before Windows, it would restart repeatedly until it reached the repair mode.

Certainly, I understand you want this rephrased while keeping the same meaning and style.

I can only suggest repeating the exact same setup you used before, when overclocking worked.
I can also inform you that Windows will always restart and enter repair mode if it doesn’t boot successfully after two or more attempts. Therefore, you need to start without overclocking, go into repair mode, then restart again and finally get back into Windows. In repair mode, make sure to perform a ScanDisk before restarting so Windows can access the system properly. I’m not sure this will help with overclocking, but it will let you know if Windows should boot or not.
