A week ago my computer started acting weird. When I try to use the graphics card, like when I play a game, it gets stuck and doesn't respond at all. It shows a blue screen with an error message that says something uncorrectable, but then nothing happens anymore. The screen stays frozen on what I was doing before, so no commands work or anything else helps either.

Before this started, the PC would get laggy and stop working. My Wi-Fi also stopped working and I had no way to connect anywhere. The only thing that worked is if I turn it off by holding down the power button for a second. When I turn it back on everything works fine again, including my Wi-Fi.

I tried fixing this with every possible trick. I changed the thermal paste, downloaded the newest version of Windows 10, and downloaded the latest drivers for both my NVIDIA graphics card and my network card. I also tried reinstalling Windows and running commands in Command Prompt to fix things, plus using a program from inside Windows to check if my disks and RAM were okay. But everything checked out as normal, so I hope someone can help me with this laptop. Thank you very much!

My computer is an Asus TUF Gaming FX504GM and here are its specs: it has a GTX 1060 with 6GB of memory, an Intel i5 processor (8300H), 16GB of RAM, an SSD, and a 1TB hard drive.

A week ago my computer started acting weird. For example, when I try to play games or run something else, the whole thing freezes up right there and nothing happens. Before it froze, the screen would turn blue with a message saying that an error happened and now it stays stuck on that blue screen forever. Nothing works, not even turning off commands like restarting the graphics drivers using Win + Ctrl + Shift + B.

Before this started happening, my computer gets slow and stops working for the wifi network. I don't have any networks to connect to, then it freezes again. The only way I can fix it is by holding down the power button until the screen goes black and turning the laptop back on; when I turn it on everything works fine again, but the wifi does not work.

I tried fixing this with all kinds of things: changing the thermal paste (the stuff that keeps parts cool), downloading the newest version of Windows 10, getting the latest drivers for my NVIDIA graphics card and my network card, reinstalling windows completely, running commands in Command Prompt to try to fix it myself, and using a tool inside Windows to check if my hard drives and memory were all okay. But everything was fine after that too.

I really hope someone can help me out with this, thank you very much. My computer is a laptop from Asus called the TUF Gaming FX504GM. Here are its specs: it has an NVIDIA GTX 1060 with 6GB of video memory, an Intel i5 processor running at 8300H speed, 16GB of RAM, a solid state drive (SSD), and one hard disk drive (HDD).

Look around to see if there are any BIOS updates coming up. To make sure, where did you get the program to fix your operating system? Did you put all the special pieces of software yourself or let the computer take care of it by itself? Just to be safe, are you putting this new OS onto that hard drive?
