Hi, the default MHz is usually around 2200, but I want to change it to 2933. My RAM is 3000MHz and the BIOS had two options: 3200 and 3000. Thanks for any advice on how to adjust this.

Enable xmp, then adjust speed to 2933 manually instead of 3000, unless you have 4 sticks of ram where the maximum speeds are 2800 or 2666.

Just turn on xmp and adjust the speed to 2933 manually instead of 3000, unless you have four sticks of RAM then the limits change to 2800 or 2666.

Updated the bios, but the pc went from quiet to lawnmower.
😀
Bios or Windows? Did you get the latest chipset driver from AMD or a mobo maker?
