I older machine with an asus 1060 dual, tomahawk b350 arctic, and ryzen 5 1500x isn't starting properly. My sister uses it every day, and most days it fails to boot. It freezes in the loading screen between Windows and BIOS. I’ve disassembled it a few weeks back, replaced the thermal paste and cleaned it up. After that, it booted fine until recently. Now it keeps having issues again, and this has been happening for years, getting worse. These photos are from when it finally started working after a restart. The blue one shows safe boot options, I think. The MSI Bosch image looks mixed with the Windows loading wheel sometimes, and it can get stuck or stop loading with an automatic repair failure. After restarting for up to an hour, it sometimes works without reason.

Never encountered a repartition notification before. Verify the status to ensure your storage is in good condition first. If your boot drive is malfunctioning, it might lead to unusual problems. Assuming the drive is functional, I would attempt a fresh Windows installation next.
