I am building my next pc gaming in a few weeks and I would like to know if this is fine for me.
PD: I was going for a Ryzen 1600 or 2600 and a B350M or B450M but here is like 40% expensive so I’m going for Intel.
Actual PC:
1- FX 6300 (pretty cheap cooler master cooler, no OC)
2- ASUS M5A78L-M Plus.
3- 12GB RAM DDR3 1600MHZ.
4- PNY GTX 960 2GB
5- 1TB SEAGATE BARRACUDA. (NEW)
6- Seasonic S12III 650w 80 plus bronze. (NEW)
Changes:
1- FX 6300 TO I3 9100f
2- M5A78L-M Plus TO Gigabyte B365M DS3H
3- 12GB DDR3 TO 8GB Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz (later going for another stick of 8 to get 16gb).
4- 240GB SSD
SOON: GTX 960 TO 1650 SUPER.

Opt for a high-performance PC build centered around an AMD Ryzen 3600 processor, complemented by at least 2x8GB of 3200MHz or faster RAM. This configuration offers optimal responsiveness and efficiency for demanding applications and games. Alternatively, consider an Intel i5-10400 based system, awaiting the release of more affordable motherboards – a strategy that may yield further cost savings.

Invest in a high-performance PC build centered around an AMD Ryzen 3600 processor and at least 2x 8GBs of 3200MHz or faster RAM. This configuration will provide optimal performance for demanding games and applications. Alternatively, consider an Intel i5-10400 with compatible motherboards, though this option may be subject to price fluctuations.

Despite personal difficulties preventing travel, I’m wondering if a specific computer configuration – an Intel Core i3 CPU, motherboard, and graphics card – would be sufficient for my needs over the next two years, considering it's currently being used for general tasks.

Modern video games require significantly more processing power than older systems like the 9100 or 9400 processors possess. These CPUs simply do not have enough additional cores to effectively handle the demands of contemporary multiplayer gaming experiences. Single-player campaign modes are generally less taxing on a processor due to their nature.

The sole Intel processor I was able to acquire from a retired 9100 is the Ryzen 1600, representing an additional expenditure of approximately $25.

Considering the Ryzen 1600 models – specifically the YD1600BBA[E]BOX and YD1600BBA[F]BOX variants – the AF designation presents a superior value proposition, exceeding even that of an i3-9100(F), due to its underlying Ryzen 2600 architecture. However, pricing appears inflated; the Ryzen 1600AF should ideally retail at approximately eighty-five dollars.

the designation appears to be 1600 af due to the notation (yd1600bbafxbox).
