I set up Windows on a driver, but when I power on the PC it jumps straight to BIOS. This is my first time assembling a computer, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What motherboard are you using? Check if your drive is connected. If it's a SATA drive, try reseating the cables at both ends. For NVMe or M.2 drives, simply plug them in without reseating. In the BIOS, look for boot options and see if anything appears. If not, ensure Windows was installed correctly. You might need to use a USB drive with Windows ISO or follow installation steps from a video.

You want Windows 10 but it isn’t loading because the installation file is missing from your ASRock motherboard’s boot area.

Can't just copy the ISO that way—it doesn't work properly. Alright, I'll guide you through installing Windows 10 then follow the same steps except use the download from https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software.../windows10. If you run into any problems, let me know @Gokul_P or quote this post.
