My network suddenly stops working for download tests, so I can't get data at all.
Here is today's log: The product is a ZTE ZXDSL 931VII V4.0 with Serial Number ZTEEG8LH6303346 and IP address 192.168.1.1. The operating system version was V1.1.0 and the software update was V1.0.11_B_CROATIA back in October 2020.
A warning appeared at 11:38 saying a process called webd ran for some time then stopped. At 14:14, a connection to my Internet service (VDSL) went down and started again successfully. The new IP address is 93.139.177.228 with DNS servers at 195.29.247.161 and 195.29.247.162, and my gateway is 172.29.252.89.
Another warning came up saying that a process called tr069 tried to do something but it failed because the name didn't match what was expected in October. Also at 18:31, a tool called msntp stopped working and another call to dbAPIGetView failed because of an error code for the network card VID(1) VN(IGD.WD1.ETH1).
I convinced the internet service provider to come visit my place. My friend was really unsure about why this happened, so I told him to try changing things and swap out his router. After he did that, everything is working super well for three days now. Thanks to anyone who tried to help me! Best of luck to everyone else.
