When launching games especially UE games i get this error or something very similar, another memory address failing. EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x000000003f800110 I've read online about it saying that the higher addresses are usually signifies driver corruption. While lower ones are only for the kernel. Im not entirely sure what that means are what type of address that is . More information: A lot of my games have been crashing, I think it was for a lot of different reasons because they slowly started to go away when I replaced my hardware. Over the last week I've basically replaced every part of my computer besides the CPU. Because of this, I believe the issue must be with the memory controller on the CPU. Just looking for somone to confirm or deny this, so I know whether or not I need to buy a new CPU. Things I've done: DDU-safemode no internet- and multiple different drivers -replaced MOBO,RAM(3x), NVME, PSU It seems the big fix was changing my GPU from a 3070 to a 6950xt, This stopped the crashing problem in like 90% of my games but I still crash on all UE games with errors similar to that shown above. -Wiped my all drives using Diskpart and I've reinstalled windows 11 twice. -Downgraded to windows 10- problem still persist. -Switch back to win 11, expanded page file, added registry like TDR delay and other recommendations I saw. -Updated to latest Bios. -XMP-on/off I've got 3 seperate pairs of ram sticks, Ive tried them all in every configuration possible. each time they get detected and register the proper amount. -memtest86, testmem5, OCCT, Windows mem diagnositics. -I've run IPDT(Intel processor diagnostics tool) it passed every single test 4 times. even the memory controller test, so I'm hoping that is faulty because if its not my cpu, Ive bought a whole other computer for nothing and still cant play games. -SFC /scannow, DISM /scan-check-restore health , chkdsk /f /r /x -even though these have detected corruption and (fixed) it multiple times nothing changed. I really have no Idea whats going on or how to fix it. I just want to play Remnant II with my friends and its not letting me. Thank you for making it this far, If you need any more information or have any advice or troubleshooting steps I could try please let me know, This problem is exhausting and frustrating.

Currently the build uses an Asus tuf z790 with DDR5 2 16x g.skill 6000, 6950xt, a Samsung 9701tb, an i7-13700 (only part hasn't been replaced in the past week), a 280mm AIO Artic Freezer, and a NZXT 1200c. It's not showing any overheating issues. The case is fully open with fans running inside, and temperatures are within normal ranges.

No, I don't have access to your computer's internal components. You'll need to check the physical setup yourself.

When I originally set it up about six months ago, I saved money and purchased an ARESGAME 1000W GL series. After receiving a PSU rank list, the problem appeared, so I started swapping parts, beginning with the NZXT 1200c.

It keeps crashing even after trying the new GPU. Worth a try?

Absolutely, it's a cost-effective way to assess the issue before investing in new equipment.

Used two different dimmer brands, both uploaded and recognized properly. Both encountered this issue during six days of Fallujah(UE) testing. Error message: Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at address 0x000000020000003a. I ran memory tests extensively and found no problems, but the CPU tests also showed clean results so far.

Yes, some loads and games function properly without using a virtual environment.
